What is the customized design process for PP Double Head Ball Valve in specific industrial applications?

PP Double Head Ball Valve often requires customized design in specific industrial applications to meet the special needs of customers. Firstly, we engage in in-depth communication with the client to understand their specific application scenarios, media characteristics, operating conditions, and any special performance requirements. This step is crucial as it helps us accurately understand the customer's needs and lays the foundation for subsequent design work.

Next, our design team will conduct preliminary conceptual design based on customer requirements. At this stage, we will consider multiple aspects such as the structural form, size specifications, sealing method, and operation method of the valve, and propose a preliminary design scheme based on the characteristics of polypropylene material.

We will use design software such as CAD to conduct 3D modeling and simulation analysis on the preliminary design scheme. This step helps to improve the accuracy and reliability of the design, ensuring that the valve can meet customer requirements in practical applications.

After multiple optimizations and improvements in the design scheme, we will confirm with the client. If the client has any modification suggestions or new requirements for the design scheme, we will respond promptly and make corresponding adjustments. After both parties reach an agreement, we will enter the production preparation stage.

In the production preparation stage, we will develop detailed production processes and quality control plans based on the design plan. This includes multiple aspects such as the procurement of raw materials, the production of molds, the setting of injection molding process parameters, and the establishment of quality inspection standards. At the same time, we will also provide training and guidance to production personnel to ensure they are familiar with the production process and quality control requirements.
